Return and Exchange Policy - TUT

Return and exchange terms:

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. You can contact us on the following number: 01040672005
• Products to be returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging inside the box.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products while they are in your possession, and we may refuse your return or exchange request if you do not comply with these conditions.
• In the event of damaged or non-conforming products, we will offer you a replacement product or refund you the full amount paid, including shipping costs (if paid).
• You must return damaged or non-conforming products as soon as possible and in the same condition in which they were received.
• Please note: The order is not allowed to be opened until it is received, and in case of any problem such as (exchange or return - in coffee - preparation method - shipping company - packaging), you must contact us immediately.

Exchange process:

• If you wish to replace any of the products, you can contact us on the following number: 01040672005 to arrange the return of the products and purchase replacement products.
• Please note that the exchange process is subject to product availability in accordance with our applicable policies.

Refund Policy:

• After receiving and inspecting the returned or exchanged products, we will process a refund, excluding any shipping costs paid when ordering.
• Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned products.

Cancel order:

• If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service Department on: 01040672005 during business hours from 9am to 4pm and within one hour of placing the order.
